Ecology

A perennial herb, found naturalised on disturbed ground and as a garden weed in the Channel Islands and at a nursery at Ufford (E. Suffolk). It is more frequent as a casual on rubbish tips and waste ground, arising from wool shoddy and tan-bark. Lowland.
